Breakdown Call
With Breakdown Call, your first-rate contact person is just a push of a button away. In the event of a breakdown, Roadside Assistance provides you with prompt and personalised advice and assistance through real-time data transmission.
Online software update
Online software updates can now be conveniently installed over-the-air. Just as you have grown accustomed to from your smartphone, your vehicle's software now also stays updated as needed.

No, the Emergency Call service is an exception and is active without activating Porsche Connect Care.
In the event of a breakdown or an accident, you can trigger the breakdown call at the touch of a button in the PCM or in the Porsche Connect App.
Breakdown Call is the right point of contact if you have a fault or breakdown with your vehicle that is preventing you from continuing your trip for the time being, or if you are unsure of whether it is possible to continue your trip. In general, Breakdown Call offers the possibility of assistance if you should discover a problem with your vehicle, such as an active warning message on the instrument cluster. However, please note that Breakdown Call is not an Emergency Call service. In the event of a serious accident or personal injury, please dial the Emergency Call service immediately.
