The combination of an assistance system with driving pleasure. The system predictively optimizes your speed.
Road signs and the course of the road are recognized in advance and speed is adjusted accordingly.
When you set the turn indicator, the intention to turn is recognized and your speed is automatically reduced.
Just like a sports car, cornering speed is adapted to the driving style and route.
Porsche InnoDrive extends the range of functions of the adaptive cruise control to include predictive cruise control for up to around two miles. Building on high-resolution navigation data and the vehicle's radar and video sensors, Porsche InnoDrive identifies speed limits and the course of the road - before your Taycan even reaches them. Automatically and in a manner typical of a sports car, the vehicle adjusts speed to upcoming conditions, such as speed limits, bends, roundabouts, yield and stop signs. The system also detects turns and exits based on route guidance or when the turn indicator is set. If Sport mode is activated, InnoDrive also increases the dynamics, but always observes the detected speed limits.

Purchase a Function on Demand here in the Connect Store. When you receive the order confirmation e-mail for the service, this means that your order was successful.

Your vehicle must have connectivity in order to complete installation. Make sure that Private mode is not activated in your vehicle and that there is also no existing charging connection.
The vehicle must be ready for operation, the parking brake active and gear position P selected. Then select the menu item "Updates" in the home menu. If there is no Function on Demand in the menu item "Updates", please wait 2-3 minutes.

Park the vehicle safely and press the button P (parking break).
Hold down the start button for at least one second turn off the vehicle.
In the Goodbye screen, select "Function on Demand available" and then press "Install now". Follow the further instructions in your vehicle. Then leave the vehicle, lock it and wait for the installation time specified by your vehicle. Your new function will be available when you next start the vehicle.

This function requires adaptive cruise control in the vehicle.
The range of functions of the Function on Demand Porsche InnoDrive does not fully correspond to the option Porsche InnoDrive incl. adaptive cruise control.
For the best possible driving experience, it is recommended to additionally book the Function on Demand Active Lane Keeping.
An active Porsche Connect package is required to permanently ensure the full range of InnoDrive functions.
