With theft detection and a security centre available 24/7, you will be notified via a push notification in the My Porsche app in the event of theft or sabotage. In addition, you will receive a call from the Security Operations Centre, which can track the GPS location. This data can be shared with local authorities to secure your vehicle in an emergency.
So that your Porsche stays where it belongs: With you. This is how you activate the Porsche Vehicle Tracking System.
1. Purchase the Car Security Package in the Porsche Connect Store.
2. You will be notified as soon as the Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) has been activated.
3. You can temporarily switch off the VTS in the My Porsche app (e.g. in the event of a workshop visit).
Additionally for VTS Plus (available depending on model year and country)
For VTS Plus, the enclosed Driver Cards can also be activated at your Porsche Centre. You can also download a certificate confirming the activation of the Car Security Package.
You can submit the certificate to your insurance company for such benefits as insurance discounts (depending on the selected insurance policy).

My Porsche App
