If your car breaks down, you can use the My Porsche app or the PCM to send your location and all fault codes to Porsche Assistance with just one click. At the same time, a voice connection is established so that you can speak directly to someone. You will receive a recommendation on how to proceed and information on where the nearest Porsche Centre is located. If towing is necessary, the Assistance service will also initiate this for you.

My Porsche App

In order to use the My Porsche app, your smartphone's operating system must at least be iOS 16.0 or Android 8.0.
