With the Voice Pilot, you can control vehicle functions by voice command, and use the Finder to easily locate charging stations, hotels and restaurants. You can also open and lock your Porsche using your smartphone and control the air conditioning remotely. The My Porsche app combines all these features in one user-friendly application that completes your Porsche experience.
You can check the battery status and range of your Porsche, view the charging target time and speed, as well as manage the charging session according to your needs using the My Porsche app on your smartphone.

Infotainment
The Porsche Connect Infotainment Service includes bluetooth audio, Radio, and Apple CarPlay, while still keeping your hands safely on the wheel and your eyes on the road. With Apple CarPlay support for iPhone, you can get directions, make calls, send and receive messages, and listen to music, all while staying focused on the road.
Radio Plus
Listen to internet radio while driving. You're not limited to local stations - you can listen to broadcasters from all around the world.
Route optimisation
Monitor your journeys and vehicle status with ease. Trip Control and Car Control help you keep track of fuel consumption, tyre pressure, and service intervals, ensuring a smooth ride.

The hardware integrated in the vehicle supports 4G/5G NSA (non-standalone) technology. To the extent that services require connectivity via the integrated hardware, the availability of a 4G/5G NSA (non-standalone) network is a precondition for their functionality.

Frequently Asked Questions
How can I perform an online software update?
As soon as a new update is available, you will be notified automatically in the Porsche Communication Management System (PCM) and can easily carry out the update yourself:
1. Make sure that the following prerequisites are met:
The vehicle is parked in a safe position: the gear selector is set to P and the electric parking brake is activated – automatically or via the P button.
Cabin pre-conditioning is deactivated.
Door and windows are closed.
A charging cable is not plugged in.
The vehicle is sufficiently charged.
2. Switch off the vehicle. Before you open the door, the farewell screen appears with a notification about an available online software update. Read the information carefully. You can start the installation by clicking the 'Install now' button.
3. The prerequisites* will now checked – this can take around three minutes. If these are met, you will be asked to leave the vehicle and lock it with the windows and doors closed.
4. The update will be installed automatically. After the update has successfully installed, you can use your vehicle again. The system will automatically notify you that the update has been installed.
*Prerequisites may vary depending on the vehicle type.
What requirements must be met for an online software update?
Connecting your Porsche to the internet is the crucial prerequisite for online software updates. In order to carry out the update safely, the following general conditions must also be met:
Your Porsche is equipped with a mobile network.
A stable internet connection (Wi-Fi) is available and activated.
You have a My Porsche account and your personal Porsche ID is linked to your vehicle.
The Porsche Connect Package has been activated.
The Online Software Update service is activated in My Porsche.
The main user is connected to the vehicle.
Privacy mode is turned off.
How will Smart Service let me know that my vehicle needs to be serviced? Which vehicle components will Smart Service check to see whether they need a service?
The information will be displayed in your My Porsche App and in your vehicle. Your Porsche Centre also receives the information about whether a service is required and can then arrange the service appointment for you. You can view the current list of components in your vehicle and in My Porsche.
Is Emergency Call only active when Porsche Connect is activated?
No, the Emergency Call service is an exception and is active without activating Porsche Connect.
How do I trigger the breakdown call if I break down or have an accident?
In the event of a breakdown or accident, the Breakdown Call can be triggered in the Porsche Communication Management System (PCM) or in the My Porsche app.
