As soon as an online software update is available for your vehicle, you will receive a notification in your vehicle. If you do not receive a notification, your vehicle is completely up-to-date.

The information will be displayed in your My Porsche portal and in your vehicle. Your Porsche Centre also receives the information about whether a service is required and can then arrange the service appointment for you. You can view the current list of components in your vehicle and in My Porsche.
Is Emergency Call only active when Porsche Connect Care is activated?
No, the Emergency Call service is an exception and is active without activating Porsche Connect Care.
How do I trigger the breakdown call if I break down or have an accident?
In the event of a breakdown or an accident, you can trigger the breakdown call at the touch of a button in the PCM or in the Porsche Connect App.
