With the Car Security Package your Porsche will notify you of a theft or sabotage alarm via a push notifications in your My Porsche app and automatically report the incident to the Security Operations Center (SOC). In the event of a stolen vehicle, the SOC can silently track your vehicle via GPS location immediately after your incident report and cooperate with the local authorities to recover your vehicle in the shortest time possible.

You will get a notification as soon as the activation process is completed.
The Vehicle Tracking System can be temporarily turned off in the My Porsche app to avoid false alarms, for example when your vehicle is at a Porsche Service Center.
