You can transmit your location and all relevant vehicle information to Porsche Assistance at the touch of a button.

If your car breaks down, you can use the My Porsche app or the PCM to send your location and all error codes to Porsche Assistance with just one click. At the same time, a voice connection will be established so that you can speak directly to someone who can help. You will receive advice on how to proceed and information on where the nearest Authorized Porsche Dealer is located. If your car needs to be towed, Assistance will also set this in motion for you.
