Ease of use

Operate your Porsche conveniently via the Voice Pilot or with Porsche remote services via the My Porsche app on your smartphone. With the Voice Pilot, you can control vehicle functions by voice command, and use the Finder to easily locate charging stations, hotels and restaurants.

You can check the battery status and range of your Porsche, view the charging target time and speed, as well as manage the charging session according to your needs using the My Porsche app on your smartphone.

Additionally, the app allows you to open and lock your Porsche, locate the vehicle with the Car Finder, remotely control the air conditioning, mark your parking position with the Horn & Indicator remote service and provides a user-friendly interface to complete your Porsche experience.

The inclusive period ends automatically so that you do not incur any costs. We will personally inform you about your contract renewal options before your free period expires (does not apply to Wi-Fi hotspot due to different subscription model).

Note

A Data Pass is available for you to use the App Centre, Connected Media and Wi-Fi hotspot. Alternatively, you can also use an external Wi-Fi connection (e.g. via the personal/mobile hotspot of your smartphone).

The hardware integrated in the vehicle supports 4G/5G NSA (non-standalone) technology. To the extent that services require connectivity via the integrated hardware, the availability of a 4G/5G NSA (non-standalone) network is a precondition for their functionality.

The information will be displayed in your My Porsche App and in your vehicle. Your Porsche Centre also receives the information about whether a service is required and can then arrange the service appointment for you. You can view the current list of components in your vehicle and in My Porsche.

No, the Emergency Call service is an exception and is active without activating Porsche Connect.

In the event of a breakdown or accident, the Breakdown Call can be triggered in the Porsche Communication Management System (PCM) or in the My Porsche app.

The vehicle identification number (VIN), vehicle and diagnostic data, and other data are used when providing the service.

No, the service intervals are not changed by Smart Service – it gives you early information about pending maintenance and certain repair needs. This allows you to schedule them better and avoid any unforeseen failures. The available data can also be used in preparation for the service appointment.
