Ease of use

Operate your Porsche conveniently via the Voice Pilot or with Porsche remote services via the My Porsche app on your smartphone.

With the Voice Pilot, you can control vehicle functions by voice command, and use the Finder to easily locate charging stations, hotels and restaurants. You can also open and lock your Porsche using your smartphone and control the air conditioning remotely. The My Porsche app combines all these features in one user-friendly application that completes your Porsche experience.

You can check the battery status and range of your Porsche, view the charging target time and speed, as well as manage the charging session according to your needs using the My Porsche app on your smartphone.

To use the App Centre and Connected Media, you can use an external Wi-Fi connection (e.g. via the personal/mobile hotspot on your smartphone).

The hardware integrated in the vehicle supports 4G/5G NSA (non-standalone) technology. To the extent that services require connectivity via the integrated hardware, the availability of a 4G/5G NSA (non-standalone) network is a precondition for their functionality.

No, the Emergency Call service is an exception and is active without activating Porsche Connect.

In the event of a breakdown or accident, the Breakdown Call can be triggered in the Porsche Communication Management System (PCM) or in the My Porsche app.

The vehicle identification number (VIN), vehicle and diagnostic data, and other data are used when providing the service.

No, the service intervals are not changed by Smart Service – it gives you early information about pending maintenance and certain repair needs. This allows you to schedule them better and avoid any unforeseen failures. The available data can also be used in preparation for the service appointment.
